1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Automation Watchdog, a product of Fuhso LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

Automation Watchdog provides monitoring and alerting services for automated workflows, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation platforms, scheduled jobs, and other automated processes. Our service allows you to:

• Monitor workflow health and performance
• Receive alerts by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when workflows fail or miss expected check-ins
• Access analytics and reporting dashboards
• Integrate with your existing automation platforms and workflows via API

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

• Monthly billing based on the number of unattended robot licenses
• 30-day free trial for new customers
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. We:

• Do not access or store your business data
• Only collect minimal information necessary for our services
• Implement industry-standard security measures
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations

8. Alert Messaging (SMS & WhatsApp)

If you enable SMS or WhatsApp alerts, you agree to the following messaging terms:

• By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS or WhatsApp alerts, you consent to receive automated alert and account notification messages from Automation Watchdog at that number
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the alert conditions you configure
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS or WhatsApp alerts in your notification settings. Reply HELP for help
• You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alert delivery by SMS or WhatsApp depends on third-party networks and is not guaranteed — do not rely on it as your sole notification channel for critical workflows

Our use of your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Watchdog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period (e.g., end of month or year, depending on your plan)
• Your personal account data (such as email and contact details) will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless retention is required by law. Certain non-identifying operational data (such as usage logs or system events) may be retained for troubleshooting, security, or analytics purposes
• No further payments will be due, as all fees are paid in advance for the applicable billing period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
